Surat Thani: Koh Pha Ngan
Koh Pha Ngan (or Koh Phangan) is an island in the Gulf of Thailand. It is located in southeast Thailand in Surat Thani Province. It is famous for its full moon party at Haad Rin Beach and as a backpacker destination.
Koh Pha Ngan has two sister islands: the larger Koh Samui to the south and the smaller Koh Tao to the north. It is one of the 15 largest islands of Thailand.
