The Youth Sports Uthai Thani Municipality or ศูนย์กีฬาเยาวชน เทศบาลอุทัยธานี in Thai is located diagonally across from the Uthai Thani Post office. The location on google maps is not 100% correct, but it is near this point and the Uthai Thani Post Office.

There is a variety of sports you can practice here.
Upstairs you can play batminton. There are courts and nets, but you’ll have to bring your own badminton racket and badminton shuttlecocks.
Downstairs there is and indoor fitness. There is some fitness equipment available which you may use for free if you get a membership card. Membership cards are free and valid for 1 year. To obtain a membership card you need a health check by a doctor (take your Thai ID or passport with you to the doctor/hospital), a copy of your Thai ID or passport and 2 passport pictures.
Also downstairs you can play table tennis. There are ping pong tables available, but you’ll have to bring your own ping pong rockets and ping pong balls.
Outside next to the building there is a basketball court. If you want to play basketball you should bring your own basketball.
At night there will be lights turned on to still be able to play basketball.
