Wan Oak Phansa

Wan oak Phansa or วันออกพรรษา in Thai is the celebrated three lunar months after Khao Phansa. Wan oak Phansa occurs in october. It is a public holiday to celabrates the end of Buddist Lent. Wan Oak Phansa is the last day of the three-month periode of Lent. It is the last day monks are restricted to travel and leave the temple.

Wan Oak Phansa was cancelled in 2016 due to The Kings passing.

Wan oak Phansa is a Buddhist holiday there will be no alcohol sales during this day.
