Moo mak tod

I’ve been eating Moo Mak Tod ever since I could eat meat. There are many ways Thai marinade their pork, but this is my mothers recipe. I’m a critic if it comes to food, so me posting this meansI really like her recipe. It doesn’t have much unknown flavours to it for Westerners, so even picky people will like this. I hope you enjoy this recipe, I know I do.

  • 500 gr pork meat
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  1. Slice the pork meat in thin equal parts.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic
  3. Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix them together. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.

Preparation method

Heat a little oil in a wok. When the oil is hot add the marinated meat and keep stirring until the meat is baked. Don’t over bake it.
