Khai jiew moo sap
Khai jiew moo sap or Kai jiew moo sap (if you want to pronounce it wrong) is a very easy but tasty side dish. I love eggs and meat so for me this is a delight. It’s also an easy side dish if you don’t have much time or you’re cooking for many persons. It’s a traditional Thai dish. Many restaurants think it is to simple to put on their menu, but if you ask for it they will gladly prepare it for you.
- 3 eggs
- 50 gr minced pork
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 thai chili
- spring onion
- Mix all the ingredients but the minced pork in a bowl.
- Add oil in a wok or pan. Stir fry the minced pork until it gets gray.
- Add the egg mix and let it bake until it has a golden brown crust.
- Flip your egg and let it bake until the other side also is dry and golden brown.
